Processing
Your order is prepared within 24 to 48 working hours. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves.
Delivery times
- Mainland France: 8 to 12 working days, tracked shipping
- European Union: 10 to 15 working days
- Rest of the world: 12 to 20 working days
Every parcel ships with a tracking number. You can follow it at any time from the link sent by email.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free, with no minimum spend: in France, across the European Union and everywhere else in the world.
One exception: Albania, where shipping is charged at €30. The exact rate is always shown before payment.
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with its tags and original packaging.
Write to us through the Contact page with your order number. We'll reply within 24 working hours with the steps to follow. Return shipping is at your expense, except where we made a mistake or the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once the parcel is received and checked, the refund is issued within 3 working days to your original payment method. How long it then takes to show up depends on your bank.
Damaged parcel
If the parcel arrives damaged, take a photo before opening it and send it to us. We'll sort it out quickly.
