Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number.

How long does it take?
Processing within 24 to 48 working hours, then 8 to 12 working days in France and 10 to 15 days in the European Union.
Is shipping free?
Yes, everywhere and with no minimum spend. Albania is the only exception: shipping there is €30.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, every order ships with a tracking number sent by email.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, worldwide, and shipping is free. Only Albania is charged at €30. The rate is shown before payment.

Are the colours true to the photos?
Yes, though a screen can shift the shades slightly.
